Stripped- My Weekly Facial Routine (In Document Format)

Hi there! I understand that some people are having difficulty seeing this post. Some devices are unfortunately not PowerPoint friendly. Here is the same information in document form. Thank you for checking us out!

The first order of business is to begin with a clean face. Use a gentle cleanser similar to Cetaphil. Splash your face with water. While your face is damp, pump a generous amount into your palms and gently rub over face. Rinse. Pat dry with a clean towel. You need only perform this step once.

Next is a two step process. Both products are available as a set on Amazon.

Step 1: Rinse your face with water, pat with a clean, dry towel. Your face will be a little moist.

Step 2: Squeeze a generous amount of Dead Sea Minerals Anti-Stress Mask (blue tube) on fingertips and cover entire face in a blue mask.

Step 3: Set timer for 6 minutes.

Step 4: Use warm water and a clean washcloth to remove mask after 6 minutes.

Step 5: Follow the same steps using the Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask (black tube.)

The last step will also begin with a clean face.

Rinse face with water and pat dry with a clean towel.

There are many different face masks on the market that range in price. I’ve used various masks with no adverse effect but if you have sensitive skin, you may want to do some research and possibly test on your forearm before fully committing the product to your face.

Studio 35 is a brand sold at Walgreens and is priced around $1.99.

Since you’ve just vigorously cleaned and detoxified your face, purchase a mask that contains the word(s): replenishing, nourishes, and/or moisturizes in the description.

The finishing goal is to brighten, soften and moisturize your skin.

See instructions on the back of each face mask as timing may be different.
